Moving more than a hundred people across the country for a weekend isn’t just a group chat and a hotel block. It involves contracts, transportation, individual payments, rooming lists, and a dozen things that can go sideways at 11:00 p.m. on a Friday. We source the hotels, negotiate the contracts, coordinate the buses, collect every payment, and put our own staff on the ground for the weekend itself.
